We have developed an in-house organization where we can help your configuration managers or  product modelers solve specific problems or provide overflow modeling services for you off site.

Your VC and IPC Support alternatives just became easier. Our SAP VC modeling resources are based in North America and soon to be in Europe.   We speak English, Spanish, German, French, Czech and limited Italian.  We have consultants that are experienced and understand the difference between Better/Best Practices and bad practices and have years of experience in SAP VC, IPC and Advanced Mode.   eSpline has resources based in the USA on both the East and West Coast.

Prototype or limited requirement? If you just need training exercises and support just to answer questions because you are creating a VC model prototype, we have provided this type service for as little as 5 hours a week or we can provide a full time resource depending on your need.

We will setup your online support service where you submit your issue or question via a dedicated, secure Wiki and we are immediately emailed about your request.  We respond based on our agreement and that can be within 2 hours or 24 hours.  The service also provides for telephone questions and answers.  The service is not limited to a Wiki and we will provide services where we have access to your VC product models in a Test or QA instance.

 Depending on your company needs, we tailor the service to how you wish to work.  Modeling overflow? Yes.  Support an existing model? Yes, as long as we have knowledge of your VC models in advance.

Need people for a short duration to supplement your Core SAP VC Team?   Has downsizing left you behind in your delivery?  Did you just find out today you have a new product due out next month and you are short on skilled resources?

What do we do? You invest in our learning of your configured products and processes.  That usually can be accomplished in a matter of days usually at your facilities and then we need access to your VC models.  We can build models remotely as many of your consultants have probably done before, and we can do this to supplement your existing resource and at a competitive rate.

eSpline can also provide software tools for you as well.  Need to Compare your VC Models from multiple instances?  Need to create automated testing of your VC Models?  Need to easily move your VC Models from one instance to another without ALE?  eSpline can provide those products as well, but they are optional.  Recommended yes, but optional.

• Variant Configuration Product Modeling - eSpline has very deep expertise in Better/Best Practices VC Modeling techniques.  You need the expertise and you get a skilled, knowledgeable resource.   The yellow school bus does not stop here.

• Support your Core or Regional Modeling Team - do you have new products or new characteristics that you have to add to an entire product line and just don't have the bandwidth to get it done in time for the release of the product.  This happens frequently.   We can provide a near shore extension of your in-house modeling team.  We, of course, need to learn your products first.
