eSpline’s service and automated Health Check zeroes in with a very sharp focus on Configure to Order products when compared with a traditional SAP “going live” check that analyzes only the SAP customer’s overall SAP system environment and technical settings
As part of our Managing VC solution, we now offer an automated Health Check Report that examines your product model and lists common and not so common "Best Practices" violations. Are you seeking what is not compatible in your VC model when you are going to migrate to the IPC? Its in there.
Types of checks in the eSpline automated Health Check Report:
1. Modeling features not supported in the IPC
2. Potential performance inhibitors
3. Modeling features incompatible with characteristic based planning
4. Obsolete or not recommended modeling practices

The “Health Check” is composed of three phases:
- Onsite workshop - with a predefined agenda and required attendee roles. The focus of the workshop is gathering of information and identification of most important pain points.
- Remote analysis phase - typically 2 to 3 elapsed weeks, including clarification of workshop findings via e-mail.
- “Health Check” debriefing -.Summarize and review in detail the eSpline recommendations. This session usually is done onsite in the form of an all-day workshop.
Time on-site is typically a few days and the review and Roadmap creation process typically takes 1 to 2 weeks, depending on the complexity of the models, number of models and the number of plants.
