Who is eSpline?

eSpline LLC was founded in November 2006 with the purpose of better servicing SAP Variant Configurator (VC) and Internet Pricing & Configurator (IPC) customers and to build software tools to supplement and improve the experience with configurator applications.

Today, there are very few consulting firms that specialize only in assisting organizations with complex products and services, let alone providing expertise in SAP Configuration Software products and implementation services. 

We formed eSpline to leverage our expert knowledge and experience of SAP and many other configurator software solutions and offer that experience to SAP configurator customers.   If you are an SAP VC user, you are aware that there are some gaps in services and software tools.  eSpline's primary goal is to fill those gaps with a deep knowledge of SAP VC/IPC and software tools for the product modeler and product manager.

You, no doubt, have already discovered this, but much of the SAP configuration expertise today rests with independent consultants.  These people learned from the companies they worked for and offer specific individual services.  Of course, there are many knowledgeable SAP configuration people that work today for SAP customers.  But...

This circumstance leaves most companies using SAP VC & IPC only four choices:

1. hire the independent consultant to fill in

2. hire a company that will find you the independent consultant and the hiring company takes no responsibility for the project

3. hire a mid-sized to larger consultancy for your larger SAP implementation project  and they will typically find and hire the VC & IPC expertise with an independent consultant.  The large and mid-sized consultancies choose to hire the specific expertise when needed.  So, the customer hires a firm that hires other people to solve the problem.  eSpline questions that approach.
